1. Warranty Overview

Morii Skin ("Company") is dedicated to providing high-quality skincare products that meet the standards and expectations of our customers. To ensure your confidence in the quality and performance of our products, we offer this Warranty Policy to protect your purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. Warranty Coverage

2.1 Duration of Warranty: The warranty coverage for our products is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, to take advantage of your product’s warranty, we recommend registering your product with serial number (serial number is at the back of manual) on our Product Registration page on our website.

2.2 Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. It applies to all products manufactured and sold by Morii Skin.

2.3 Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation.
• Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by non-authorized repairs or modifications.
• Products that have been used outside their intended purposes or outside the specified operating conditions.
• Consumable components or accessories, such as batteries.
• Products not purchased directly from Morii Skin or an authorized distributor.

3. Warranty Claim Process

3.1 Initiating a Warranty Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please submit a claim on our website www.moriiskin.com/pages/claims and someone from our Customer Support team will contact you. You may need to provide the following information:

• Your name and contact information.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) or proof of product registration.
• Product model and serial number (if applicable).
• A detailed description of the defect or issue.
• Any supporting documents or photos that help identify the problem.

3.2 Assessment and Resolution: Our Customer Support team will review your claim and may request additional information if necessary. Once your claim is accepted, Morii Skin will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
• Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product.
• Provide a refund for the purchase price of the product.

3.3 Return of Defective Products: If a return is required, Morii Skin will provide instructions for returning the product. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Morii Skin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products, even if Morii Skin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
